Cancellation Policy

A 100 % cancellation fee will be charged for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice . 100% will be charged for appointments that are a no show which means you show up 10 minutes or later after your scheduled appointment time or you don't show up at all. Menstrual Cycle Policy: I do wax clients while they are on their menstrual cycle. My only requirement is that you wear a tampon or menstrual cup during your waxing service. If you choose to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice because you have started or are on your cycle, the 50% late-cancellation fee will still apply. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur and will review such situations on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. 2 last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) or one no-show will result in the loss of future booking privileges with You Glow Goddess LLC.
